To make a booking please call first to check availability -phone Karen Standish on 01737 351685, or 07957 566 488 (mobile) or email to karen@swanageholidayhomes.co.uk. Then fill in the booking form (MS Word), sign it and return it to Mrs. K. Standish, 8 Monks Road, Banstead, Surrey, SM7 2EP, together with a deposit of £75 per week (or part week) booked. If you want to hire linen, please also complete the Linen Hire Form
A deposit of £75 will be retained per week (or part week), and returned to you after your stay, provided no damage or major breakages have occurred, once a report has been received from the caretaker. The hiring charge will be due to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday commences. If your hiring is due to commence within 8 weeks of your booking, please send the full amount together with the £75 deposit with your booking form.
Gas, electricity & water costs –prices for 2009 are £17 per week for bookings starting May, June, July, August & September; £23 per week in March, April, October & November & £28 per week in December, January & February. Rates for shorter breaks will be in proportion.
