Other dates & short breaks are available subject to availability- 5 day Midweek (Mon-Fri) breaks and 3 day weekends (Fri-Mon) may be possible. They are priced at half the full weeks letting fee plus £50. Other short breaks available - please phone for a quote. Mid-week breaks are available in peak season.

A deposit of £75 will be retained per week (or part week), and returned to you after your stay, provided no damage or major breakages have occurred, once a report has been received from the caretaker. The hiring charge will be due to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday commences. If your hiring is due to commence within 8 weeks of your booking, please send the full amount together with the £75 deposit with your booking form.
Gas, electricity & water costs –prices for 2008 are £16 per
week for bookings starting May, June, July, August & September; £22 per
week in March, April, October & November & £27 per week in December,
January & February. Rates for
shorter breaks will be in proportion.
